The
day started with a trip to the local markets of Brie Compt Robert where
students were given €3 each and put into groups to buy local produce for lunch.
The groups then set about making their lunch back at the Chateau, which was
judged by the PGL staff.
After lunch we departed for Paris city centre and visited
the beautiful Sacré Coeur and Montmartre.
This evening the groups further developed their culinary
skills by making classic French crepes.
