A
morning mystery solving and shopping in St Ives then off to the train station
for the short 6 hr journey home. On the train and being out done by a rather
loud hen party, a little shocked to say the least. Phones in hand and quiet as
mice on our way home.

discoveries made were, bees rule the world, chicken are not scary but rather
stroke-able and weeding is more fun than one might think!
Bosavern
Community Farm have been a local run farm since the Second World War and
for the last twenty years the community and made it into an organic farm
selling and teaching about produce they knew and didn’t know about. All
students had a very hands on experience of running the farm even got to try
some freshly picked fruit, veg and honey.
The
passionate volunteers could not have been more accommodating!
In
the evening they had a lovely chat to you back home, feasted on burritos and
then headed to the beach for more frisbee!

Eco Explorer Day 1 & 2
Beautiful days in Cornwall. Weather could not be better!! Students enjoyed a thought provoking workshop and got out amongst the plants at The Eden Project, almost as hot outside as inside the Tropical Biome.
Students painting and playing chess in their downtime, maybe there’s something in the ‘soft’ water?

Eco Explorer Day 4
A
very wet day here in Cornwall started with a yoga session and breakfast made
with eggs collected by the students from the farm we visited yesterday. We then
braved the outside world, and did a trail around St Ives, exploring the town
whilst trying to solve a mystery! It was then on to the beautiful Minack theatre
to watch 'The Third Policeman'. With a lot of bicycle-based humour, the play
managed to make us laugh despite the rain! After fish and chips for dinner
(yum) we tested our little grey cells with a quiz in the evening. We can't
believe how fast the week has gone!

project.
Following
this we had an evening of yoga and relaxation.
