Ardeche Adventure Day Two
Energised by a 'real' night's sleep in the farmhouse we
attacked the second day on the river with more confidence, vigour and skill.
The river responded with lots of rapids of varying difficulty; a number proving
too challenging which resulted in some humorous capsizes. The highlight of the
day was sliding down the naturally slippery 'water park'...strangely
entertaining. To finish our outing we hiked up 'the hill'...not so popular! We
ended the day with some team volleyball and 'robot wars'...good old entertainment
in the fresh air.
