"Today we spent the morning doing quizzes and games
due to the poor weather which was a nice break from the sailing. In the
afternoon we focused on capsize drills, and despite our fear and the cold we
all got in the water and did well! Issy (Isabella Sportelli) overcame her fear
of the cold, and Tabz (Thabitha Burraway) overcame her fear of capsizing in
general resulting in a fun and challenging afternoon. The strong tides and
jellyfish proved troublesome for Me Jordan as he lost his shoes and received a
large sting but despite this he seemed to enjoy himself too. It was a good day of team
building"
